Counting!

The other day Paige surprised us by counting to ten while dumping the rice crispies into the bowl making rice crispy treats.  She has been repeating after us, but never finished all by herself.  Today, while taping her, I was surprised when she added 11 after 10 in her counting!  We don't have the longest attention span, but what can you ask when you are not quite 2.  She learns so much each day.  (PS - sorry for the crazy bows - they were holding her little hairs back while she got a bang trim and hadn't gotten them out yet.)  Enjoy!!!

Reading!

Paige loves books with cars, trucks, and tractors.  Here is a video of her reading a little car picture book. The reading teacher in me loves that she can read the book, retell some of the story, and then make connections!

Sunriver Family Fun!

We had a week of swimming, biking, walking, and enjoying family in Sunriver.  Paige got to play with her cousins and enjoy Grandma and Grandpa all week!
